2025年度秋学期　成績発表および成績調査について

１．Date and time
　From 10:00 on February 18 2026 (Wednesday)
　* You can check your grade notification until 5 p.m. on June 30 (Tuesday), 2026.

２．Announcement method
　For all subjects check the Hosei University Information System (refer to the attachment on how to access this).

３． Retests for Progression
　GIS doesn’t permit retests in order to allow students to progress to the next year.

４．Grade investigation
　It is possible to apply for a grade investigation if your grade is D, E or F.
　The application period is from February 18 (Wednesday) to 4 p.m. on February 19 (Thursday).
　Applicants should check the attached Grade Evaluation Investigation document, and submit this during the application period.

５．Required Career Registration Before Grade Confirmation
　Before you confirm your grades you will need to complete Career Route Report Registration (4th year) or Desired Career Route Registration (2nd year). Please check the Career Center website (Japanese only) for further information on the registration method.

６．(To the students who expected to graduate in March 2026)
　If you have any overdue library materials, you will be restricted from viewing your grade reports. Please see the attached document “Notification from the Library” for details.

※成績通知書が確認できるのは、6月30日（火）17時までです。

２．発表方法
各自、情報ポータルサイトで確認（操作方法は別紙を参照すること）。

３．「進級再試」について
GISには「進級再試」の制度はありません。

４．「成績調査」について
成績評価が「D評価」「E評価」および「F評価」の場合は、成績調査を申請することができます。
申請期間は、2月18日（水）～19日（木）16：00です。
希望者は添付「Grade Evaluation Investigation」を確認し、申請期間に提出してください。

５．成績確認前に必要な進路登録について
成績を確認する前に「進路報告登録(4年生)」・「進路希望登録(2年生)」を行う必要があります。登録方法は、キャリアセンターのウェブサイトで確認してください。

６．2026年3月卒業予定者向け
2026年3月卒業予定者のうち、図書館の延滞資料のある者への卒業発表を制限します。
返却期限を超過している場合は、速やかに返却してください。詳細は「Notification from the Library」を参照してください。
